We have built this cottage complex on the northern shore of Lake Peipus, about 180 m away from the sandy beach of Kauksi. Our houses meet all the international standards of quality, service, comfort.
Each wooden cottage is a modern fully-equipped house with a sauna. We provide you with everything you need to relax and to feel right at home. Free private parking is available. Small pets are allowed upon request.

You can rent a bicycle at the Splife complex during your stay. Men’s bikes, ladies' bikes and kids' bikes are available for rent for a reasonable price.

*The price per night for booking of the guest house from one week to two weeks. In case of longer stay we can offer an additional discount.
In order for the reservation to take effect, it is necessary to make an advance payment in the amount of at least 50% of the cost of the service.
